WOOLPACK SAUVIGNON BLANC NZ 750 ML

Grapes are sourced from the Wairau and Awatere Valleys in Marlborough, giving excellent balance to this wine, since Awatere wines are fresher and more mineral, while Wairau wines are more tropical and rounder. Dry and windy vineyard sites allow for optimal fruit set and minimal disease. A large diurnal temperature difference in the fall provides the opportunity for grapes to reach peak maturity before harvest in late March and early April. Woolpack is made with Certified Sustainable New Zealand farming practices and with 100% stainless steel fermentation as cold as possible (down as low as 8°C) with selected yeasts. Lightly fined and filtered.
