Processing Time

Shipping timelines can vary and it can take upto 30 to 45 business days some times to process and ship orders.

Insurance

Modern Liquors doesn't automatically provides insurance for each order placed online. Customer are requested to take insurance policy solely at their discretion. Shipping insurance bought does not cover scratched and/or scuffed labels and /or capsules, cracked wax seals and/or capsules, damaged bottle packaging boxes or seepage. In an event a shipment is lost or broken without insurance, Modern shall not be held liable for the packages. Modern only acts as a handler of the package, customer at all times is purchaser of shipping contract with shipper (UPS, FEDEX AND USPS)

Cancellations

We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests if the order has not yet been shipped. Cancellations may be subject to a re-stocking fee. If an order is already in transit or delivered it cannot be cancelled.

Signature Policy

If you order from us you are representing to us that you are at least 21 years of age and that the person to whom it is being shipped is also at least 21 years of age. An adult signature will be REQUIRED upon delivery. Title to all items you order passes to you as soon as it leaves our doors; it is up to you to know the relevant laws in your stat

Address Restrictions

We use a network of carriers to deliver all packages. Our Shipping Carrier does NOT ship to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers but do ship to all residential and business addresses. We try only allow you to checkout if your delivery address is within the allowed zone of the fulfilling store.
