VICTORY KIRSCH GOSE SOUR CHERRY BIER 6 PACK CANS

PRODUCER- VICTORY REGION- PA HOPS- SPALT ALC- 4.7 The carbonation of Kirsch Gose reminded me of the excellent Lindeman's fruit ales from Belgium, which have an Asti Spumante-like prickly character, but are much sweeter. The color of the 4.7% ABV Kirsch Gose was enticing — a pinkish-red that gives no doubt that a decent amount of cherry is in the beer. I generally prefer sweeter beers, but Victory's new release had the taste profile, lip-smacking puckeriness and refreshing quality to set that preference aside.
