Made from 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Petite Sirah from a prime vineyard in Lodi California. Fermented in stainless steel then aged in stainless steel and oak. Fresh and delicious, this Cabernet is great for burgers, tacos and heart soups and stews.
