Thacher Winery's Cinsault Glenrose Vineyard is a 100% Cinsault wine from the Glenrose Vineyard in the Adelaida District of Paso Robles, California. The wine is made from hand-harvested grapes, which are then foot-trodden and fermented whole clusters. The grapes go through a 10-day cold-soak before fermentation begins, and the wine is then basket-pressed.
