The 2018 release of Midleton Very Rare is a premium, highly sought-after blended Irish whiskey matured in lightly charred ex-bourbon American white oak barrels, aged between 12 and 28 years. Bottled at 40% ABV, it features notes of vanilla, citrus, and sweet spice, and was awarded Double Gold at the 2019 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
