KAI GOOSE TO PERU 4 PACK

We took our Gose and conditioned it on a blend of chicha morada specially made by our friends at INCA Social in Vienna, VA. This house made concoction is composed of dried purple corn, cinnamon sticks, whole clove, pineapple, apple, brown sugar, and lime juice. This beer pours a light purple color with aromas of cinnamon and lime zest. A hint of clove comes out in the flavor to meld with the zesty, fruity backbone. A very interesting and drinkable beer.
