Ichiro's Malt Chichibu Cask #11048 "Year of the Tiger" (2021) is a rare 7-year-old Japanese single malt, bottled at 62.1% ABV. Part of the limited Zodiac Series, this 700ml release was aged for 6 years in ex-bourbon barrels, followed by a 1-year finish in an IPA beer cask. Only 251 bottles were produced from this single cask.
