An 8 year old Highland Park, bottled by Gordon and MacPhail for the MacPhail's collection. It matured in Sherry butts and bourbon barrels. Orkney whisky ahoy!
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose: Toasted barley, slightly tart mango and vanilla.
Palate: A creamy dram, rich with red apples, nuts and a whiff of smoke.
Finish: Rather short.
Overall: Classic Highland Park. We wouldn't say no
