It is an uncut and unfiltered whiskey that is blended from a mash bill consisting of undisclosed amounts of distiller's grade #1/#2 Kentucky corn, rye, and malted barley from North Dakota. The 2019 George T. Stagg whiskey is double distilled in BTD beer stills to a mature barrel strength of 116.9 proof. It has been aged for over 15 years in new white oak #4 char barrels, and it is highly sought-after. The nose is infused with caramelized cherries and mint leaves seasoned with smoke, while the palate offers flavors of vanilla and cherries over warm oak and soft floral undertones.
