Daniel Chotard Sancerre Blanc 750ml

Sauvignons are harvested by hand and machine. After a manual sorting of the grapes, the harvest is pressed and cold stabulated for 3 to 4 days before light settling and fermentation. The aging is done in vats and is for 6 to 10 months.
