New York- Russian Imperial Stout- 10.5% ABV. This limited release brew was aged for four months in bourbon barrels, bottled flat, and re-fermented in the bottle with Champagne yeast. It's pitch black with a tan head. Aromas and flavors of vanilla, chocolate, and bourbon. Delicious!
