The Star Hill Farm American Wheat Whisky is a 114.7 Proof (57.35% ABV) inaugural 2025 release from the Maker's Mark Distillery, marking the first time the estate has produced a spirit that is not technically a bourbon. This American Wheat Whisky is defined by a technical maturation process involving two distinct corn-free mash bills: one comprising 70% soft red winter wheat and 30% malted barley, and another consisting of 100% malted wheat.

This grain-forward approach is engineered to amplify the creamy mouthfeel and delicate sweetness of the winter wheat, emphasizing notes of honeyed toffee, chocolate-covered cherries, and warm gingerbread.
