Composed of a mash bill containing a blend of 72% corn, 18% rye, and 10% malted barley and aged a minimum of 7 years in new charred American oak, this much loved and highly esteemed NAS whiskey is offered annually coinciding with the world-renowned Kentucky Derby. Matured to a barrel strength of 90.4 proof, this super-premium bourbon was originally released in March 2018 and offers aromatic notes of honey, preserved fruits, mint, and chocolate-dipped oranges. The palate is sweet cinnamon candies, citrus zest, and toffee fudge layered with caramel.
