1987 Yellowstone Straight Bourbon Whiskey 750ml

This bottle was made for the Japanese market, released in 1987 at 86.0 proof, known as the Greatest American Whiskey, Fully Aged. The Glenmore Distillery Company bought the Yellowstone Distillery in 1944, and for a while Yellowstone Bourbon was the largest selling whiskey brand in the United States. Diageo bought Glenmore in the early 1990s and immediately shut it down, selling off the brands to other distilleries.
