Released in 1983, this 8 Year Kentucky bourbon was distilled and bottled in Louisville, Kentucky. This older bottling features the brand’s classic “Kentucky’s Finest” label and reflects a period when 8 year age statements were standard for the Old Charter line. Produced using traditional sour mash methods and matured in new charred oak barrels, vintage examples from this era represent earlier production of the long-established Old Charter brand and are now less commonly encountered.
