Distilled in 1951, bottled in 1959 at 86 proof. Dowling 8-Year 1959 is an incredibly rare, vintage, "dusty" bourbon distilled at Dowling Distillers in Tyrone, Anderson County, Kentucky. Because this whiskey was distilled in 1959 and aged for 8 years, late 1950's bottlings act as highly sought-after artifacts of post-Prohibition, pre-modern whiskey distilling.
