This exceptional whiskey is the result of a special collaboration between the esteemed Bodegas Lustau in Jerez, Spain and the Midleton Distillery in County Cork. The whiskey is first matured in traditional bourbon and sherry casks for a period of 9-12 years, after which it is finished for an additional year in first-fill sherry butts that have been infused with oloroso sherry from the prestigious Bodegas Lustau in Jerez, Spain.
