Sweet Vermouth is a sweetened fortified wine that is aromatized with botanicals. They use Mt. Defiance Apple Brandy to extract flavors from herbs they grow themselves and spices from around the world. They blend the flavored brandy with barrel-aged brandy, Vidal Blanc wine, local honey and caramel syrup.
